Paul Allard is a poet and artist based in Hamilton, Ontario. Allard believes that more is more but attempts to greater learn the value of less through his work.

Playfully exploring figure and form, Allard pairs imaginative and child-like imagery with bright colours, brutal, anxious markings and wry text commentary. While he hopes the juxtapositions within his work expose an “Aha!” moment, they usually turn out to be more an “Of course!” experience.
