Congratulations to Liane Bedard on placing in the top 25 of their International Juried Exhibition

The SCA's 2024 Open International Online Juried Exhibition received nearly 800 entries, from which 122 pieces were accepted into the Exhibition. From among this distinguished group, the jurors ranked a number of pieces among their Top 25!

Among this group of top-tier artwork is “I’d Buy Your Love”, a watercolour painting by Liane Bedard SCA.

Liane Bedard was born in Montreal and has been drawing and painting all her life. In 1980, Liane received her Diploma of Fine Arts from CEGEP John Abbot College, and in 1984 obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Calgary. Now semi-retired from a 35-year career as a graphic artist, she paints every day in her home studio in Mississauga. Liane’s paintings have garnered national and international recognition and awards. Liane’s delicately rendered paintings demonstrate superb graphic design and a keen mastery of light and shadow.
